We used to flash four numbers on every webinar slide: courses shipped, satisfaction, lab hours, mentor count. It looked confident. It also trained audiences to ask the wrong questions.
Now we publish a single risk index derived from anonymized ticket themes partners share with permission. The index moves slowly—sometimes quarterly—and we explain every ingredient. When the index rises, we add rehearsal time, not marketing copy.
This shift cost us a few splashy headlines, but enterprise account managers report calmer intake calls. Teams arrive asking about scenarios, not scoreboards.
