Jeju teams taught us that replication patience is a physical object. When links bounced, students wrote timestamps on sticky notes and stuck them to monitors—a low-tech ritual that prevented double fixes.
We learned to schedule promotion labs after lunch so stomachs were calm and tempers shorter. Sounds silly, but error rates dropped.
Cable checks mattered more than AD settings. Half the class time went to verifying patch panels someone else owned. We now include a WAN owner worksheet in the field kit.
None of this replaces your transport vendor. It does give you language to explain why AD will never fix a wet coax.
