Scope Do you cover cloud-only deployments?
We reference hybrid patterns common in Korean enterprises, but IAM for hyperscalers is not taught line-by-line. Bring your own diagrams for sign-off conversations.
Scope Are official exam items included?
No. Our stems are original, written to mirror objective weighting. Confidential materials never appear in rehearsal rooms.
Logistics What if I miss a live clinic?
You receive PDF summaries and sometimes anonymized audio. We do not guarantee full video replays for every session to protect participant candor.
Logistics Can my employer sponsor a team?
Yes. Enterprise orders use separate statements of work. The public site shows individual tier pricing only.
Quality standards How do you handle conflicts with employer change windows?
We document recommended freeze periods but do not override your internal change board. Mentors will not advise bypassing stakeholder sign-off.
Quality standards What limitations should I expect from the practice exams?
Mocks are unproctored and intentionally demanding. They are not predictive of your official score; they are diagnostic instruments with rationales.
Materials Can I keep lab scripts after the course ends?
Personal use retention is allowed where noted in your enrollment email. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Materials Do you ship printed books?
No. All materials are digital to reduce shipping friction and keep updates timely.
